Senior Legal Advisor

Role Overview:
As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on real estate transactions, contracts, and compliance matters. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all legal requirements are met, and that our organization's interests are protected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions;
- Conducting title due diligence and property acquisition documentation;
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, environmental laws, and applicable state/central laws;
- Liaising with regulatory authorities, government departments, and statutory bodies;
- Providing legal advice on complex real estate issues, including dispute resolution and negotiation;
- Maintaining and updating legal documentation and processes;
Requirements:
- A bachelor s degree in law (LLB) is mandatory;
- Minimum 8 years of legal experience in real estate discipline in the city of Mumbai;
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, land acquisition, RERA, contracts, rent acts, and dispute resolution;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Ability to handle pressure and provide quick, legally sound business solutions;
