Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Mumbai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, providing legal support on various issues, and preparing replies to show cause notices and appeals. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the firm's clients and communicating effectively with clients and senior advocates.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough legal research
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to address various Legal Issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in taxation and business law is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (BBA/BA/ B.Com. LL.B. Hon's) or LL. M
