Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with external legal experts for intellectual property rights and other legal matters
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by assisting on legal requirements
  • Provide expert legal guidance and advice on statutory compliances under various laws
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare comprehensive legal opinions
  • Draft, review, and monitor contracts and agreements ensuring adherence to legal obligations
  • Offer strategic legal counsel to the organization and make informed recommendations
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Submit regular reports to the Head of Legal
  • Deliver necessary training to business teams and other stakeholders within the organization
Requirements:
  • LLB qualification
  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role
