Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing litigation across India, including matters before lower courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases effectively, ensuring timely submissions and resolutions.
- Handle arbitration matters, including drafting responses and supporting negotiations.
- Provide strategic advice on litigation and pre-litigation matters to internal business divisions.
- C coordinate with external counsel to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Draft, vet, and review legal documents for various departments.
- Offer expert advice on IBC-related issues and manage filings such as Form B.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in law, specifically in dispute resolution and litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi.
