Senior Customer Resolution Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Resolution Manager to oversee the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring timely and efficient resolution processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve resolutions for customer complaints before sharing final communication with customers.
  • Develop and implement a framework to reduce customer complaints and resolution time.
  • End-to-end management of customer grievances, including daily connection with team members to track and monitor accurate and timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Publish regular dashboards to stakeholders to provide visibility into customer complaint trends and resolution metrics.
