Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Grievance Redressal Officer-HO.

Responsibilities
  • Reinstate consumer faith in our brand by resolving escalations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop projects for enhancing consumer experience, operational efficiency, and digital customer journeys.
  • Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) through exceptional service recovery.
  • Foster a culture across channels for zero defect and first-time right resolution.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience driving a customer-first agenda in customer service, business, or operations.
  • Strong domain knowledge of consumer banking products, processes, and technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from data and create actionable recommendations.
  • Strong networking skills for consultative engagement with business and functional heads.
  • Exposure to high-pressure environments and working directly with senior management.
