Ixsight Technologies, a pioneering software product company with strong IP solutions, is seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer to spearhead our next phase of growth. With a proven track record of scaling revenues 10-20X and building lasting relationships with Fortune 500-1000 brands, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion into new geographies, including North America, the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East (including India).

We are offering a competitive salary range of ₹150 lac - ₹250 lac per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract a top-tier professional who can leverage their expertise in cross-channel marketing and digital advertising to propel our growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with C-level executives, maximizing reach and efficiency through strategic partnerships, and leading sales teams for software product sales. They will also have experience in building business for software products and solutions in overseas markets.

As a key member of our Executive team, you will collaborate across departments to implement growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive value and inform solution sales. Your adaptability, collaborative leadership, and strategic vision will enable us to navigate the rapidly changing business environment and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish revenue targets and implement plans to achieve them
  • Pursue new revenue opportunities, including new markets, geographies, partnerships, and products
  • Lead efforts to establish new strategic partnerships and grow existing relationships
  • Identify and develop new geographies to scale the business

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level executives
  • Experience in scaling revenues 10-20X and managing sales teams for software product sales
  • Deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing and digital advertising
  • Strategic vision to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
