About the Role:

  • The Sales Director will lead our sales team to achieve exceptional revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  4. Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  5. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
  7. Sales Budgeting: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  9. Compliance: Ensure sales compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Sales Methodologies: Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger)
  • Certification: Certification in sales leadership or management (e.g., CSM, CSO)
