Unacademy is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales Growth Strategy to lead our sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth in fast-paced environments. As a Director of Sales Growth Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans with clear goals, metrics, and target customer profiles
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and optimize marketing campaigns

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in driving significant sales growth in fast-paced environments
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and account management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
