About the Role:

FretBox, a leading provider of enterprise hostel management solutions, is seeking an experienced Associate Sales Director to drive growth in South India. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the South Indian university market. This includes identifying high-potential leads, establishing strong relationships with top university management, and conducting presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Market Analysis & Collaboration:

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. They will provide valuable feedback to the product team for enhancements based on client requirements and work closely with internal teams to support client acquisition.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

The Associate Sales Director will prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, market insights, and projections. A strong analytical mindset and ability to strategize effectively are essential for this role.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). With a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the education sector, they will have a proven track record of engaging with top management and closing high-value deals. Familiarity with the South Indian education ecosystem and fluency in English and at least one South Indian language are highly desirable.
