About the Role: The Senior Vice President of Sales and Revenue Growth will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities within the EMEA and India regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy tailored to the EMEA and India markets. Define and oversee revenue goals, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams across EMEA and India to achieve and exceed targets. Establish a scalable sales framework that includes pipeline management, account planning, and sales enablement.
  • Revenue Operations and P&L Management: Oversee revenue operations ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Manage the P&L for the EMEA and India regions ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Customer Success and Retention: Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, revenue operations, and P&L management within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA and India markets including cultural nuances, regulatory landscapes, and business practices.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Experience as a founder, co-founder, or entrepreneur with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
