Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at WhiteSlips Job Management Consultants.

Our company provides job management consulting services, helping clients optimize their revenue streams and achieve growth through effective pricing strategies and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation for hotels and other clients.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics, and other departments to identify opportunities to increase RevPAR.
  • Create and deliver context-specific training on revenue management techniques, applications, and business strategies for revenue-generating departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
