Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to drive the growth of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic goals.
This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to generate leads, negotiate deals, and expand our market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the technology consulting and staffing industry. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and develop actionable insights.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in need of technology consulting and staffing services. Use various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals, to generate leads.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base. Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and optimize results.
- New Account Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new accounts and clients. Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Primary Vendorship Development: Establish and maintain primary vendorships with leading technology companies and enterprises. Collaborate with vendors to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Placement and Staffing Solutions: Oversee the placement of qualified candidates in client organizations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations. Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and match top talent with client needs.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Highlight the company's unique value proposition and expertise in technology consulting and staffing.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements. Ensure contracts align with the company's strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and encourage repeat business. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services.
- Revenue Growth Management: Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Develop initiatives to increase revenue and profitability across accounts.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
