Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

The role of an HR Business Partner Manager involves leading HR Operations, managing all HR Activities, and supporting business partners effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track the resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an Attrition Rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
