Senior HR Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record of leading and managing Human Resources functions, with a proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations, drive employee engagement and Learning & Development initiatives, and implement strategic plans that foster organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR team and oversee all aspects of Human Resources management.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant statutes, including PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, gratuity, and welfare schemes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR reports, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, drive Learning & Development initiatives, and oversee performance management, appraisals, and promotions.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Review and optimize HR-related budgets and cost efficiencies, while ensuring effective vendor negotiations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
