About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Information Systems Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the administration of our HRIS SAP Success Factors system, including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own the administration of Success Factors, ensuring seamless system performance and user experience.
  • Project Manage during system implementations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Document key decisions and processes in support of change management and communications.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during implementations, providing expertise to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Analyze HR functional business and system processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure data standards through automation, set up preventative controls, data audits, and collaborate with the business for corrections.
  • Establish and maintain business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders, building competence of users for accessing reviewing data.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits.
  • Develop sustainment plans for HR technology, including release planning and coordination.
  • Support other HRIS projects as required, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage integrations with both HR and D&T systems, ensuring seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified or relevant experience.
  • Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formula writing.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Independent prioritization and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Release cycle management experience.
  • Training development and delivery skills.
  • Process documentation and implementation expertise.
  • Integration of HRIS with payroll, ERP, or other systems.
