About this Role:

We are seeking a Strategic Project Leader to drive the execution of high-impact initiatives that unlock new growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end project delivery: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analysing performance data and user feedback to inform decisions on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset projects.
  • Developing internal frameworks to capture and share learnings across the organisation.
  • Contributing to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Providing structured problem-solving and strategic input to leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel and data platforms is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoying solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments or internal strategy/innovation teams is beneficial.
