Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced procurement leader to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. They will lead the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, selection, and performance management.

This role demands expertise in cost control, contract negotiations, and procurement planning specific to the retail or real estate sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process
  • Establish procurement policies and processes
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in real estate industry only
    • Proven track record of handling procurement for large-scale residential/commercial projects or high-volume retail operations
