Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our business growth initiatives. As our Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue expansion and brand scalability.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple channels, with expertise in business development, operational management, and team leadership. They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors, with a strong background in P&L management, business development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a multi-channel growth strategy and execute it effectively, identifying new revenue streams and partnerships to drive brand reach.
  • Drive large institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios, expanding gifting programs with corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
  • Explore international markets through export partners and distributors, building strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
Requirements
  • 7–12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel.
  • Strong P&L, business development, and operational management experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with corporates, institutions, and partners.
