Our Team is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Business Development Professional to lead the expansion of our Schools Franchise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business partners for franchise expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new franchisees.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
