About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives. This role will partner with business leaders to optimize financial performance and support long-term strategic growth.

  • Lead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

About You

  • You must be a qualified CA.
  • Post qualification 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience is required.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis is essential.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders is crucial.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking is desired.
