At Russell Tobin, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A or marketing finance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization
  • Analyzing marketing campaign spend, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights
  • Partnering with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies
  • Presenting financial performance and trends to stakeholders
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Driving process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred)

A bonus is knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations.
