Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

As a senior financial strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial direction and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, including cash flow management, funding options, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Masters in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques, IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous individual with strong financial knowledge and strategic vision.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
