Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee global financial operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to drive company growth.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP regulations.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks to minimize exposure.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term growth strategies, driving business outcomes.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Implement robust internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency.

Role Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry an asset.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
