Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to drive strategic financial planning, compliance, and risk management within a prominent Fintech organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for client portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders to synchronize financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization through in-depth analysis.
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance by overseeing audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, recommending effective controls and strategies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, investors, and external auditors to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Foster operational efficiency by building relationships across departments and managing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively.
  • Drive the monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote adoption of finance technology tools and implement automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide real-time dashboards and performance tracking, driving informed decision-making.
  • Mentor and lead a distributed finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Essential: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting practices, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and taxation.
  • Proven experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred.
