About Nap Chief:
Nap Chief is a fast-growing kidswear brand, known for high-quality products and creative designs. We are looking for a Junior Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and support in controlling budgets, analysing data, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance control processes and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards using basic and advanced Excel functions.
- Assist in budget preparation and planning , ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor expenses against budgets and highlight deviations.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 1–2 years of work experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial planning and control in retail, apparel, or startup environments.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and forecasting tools.
