Financial Leadership Opportunity

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee the financial operations of an organization, guiding its financial strategy and maintaining fiscal stability. They will collaborate with executive management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan, evaluating business case feasibility on new investments and driving organic and inorganic growth for the company.
  • Strategic Oversight: Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring timely reporting of key financial data and updates to stakeholders.
  • Fund Raise & Treasury Management: Drive efforts to continuously reduce the cost of capital and maintain good current and liquidity ratios.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions, including tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Process Excellence: Review existing processes and make periodic changes to align with business growth and market dynamics.
  • Audit: Drive internal audit, stock audit, and retail process audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Information Technology Management: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals, ensuring technology initiatives drive business value and competitiveness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to achieve organizational goals and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • CA/MBA Finance with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
  • Experience handling multiple finance functions is an added advantage.
