Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closures as per the closing calendar.", "
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Cashflow statements, variance analysis, and other reports as per management formats.", "
  • Oversee operations including Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.", "
  • Prepare quarterly financial results, segment reporting, and cash flow statements.", "
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for related party transactions.", "
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for timely and accurate submission.", "

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting, compliance, and operations.", "
  • Proven expertise in financial closures and preparation of statutory financial statements under Ind AS.", "
  • Strong exposure to O2C and P2P processes.", "
  • Experience in quarterly results preparation and regulatory reporting.", "
  • Track record of handling statutory audits.", "
  • In-depth knowledge of Companies Act and Income Tax.", "
  • Proficient in MS Excel for financial analysis and modelling.", "
  • ERP experience essential, SAP preferred.", "
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.", "
