Job Description

The Role:

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead team meetings to set daily objectives and collaborate with department heads on strategic initiatives.
