Job Title: Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

A highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional is required to lead our financial planning and analysis processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including optimizations and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Present key findings to leadership to influence business decisions.
  • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions on strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting through automation initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
