Procurement Specialist

This role involves ensuring our kitchens have the right ingredients — fresh, high-quality, and on time. You'll own vendor relationships, drive cost efficiency, and build a supply chain that meets our standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and manage fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards
  • Onboard, evaluate, and manage new suppliers
  • Reduce risk by maintaining multiple sourcing options for key ingredients
  • Support menu innovations with timely procurement of new ingredients
  • Maintain accurate records, pricing, and inventory data
  • Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Track procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and report regularly.
