Job Overview

The HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable HR services across the organization.

This position involves leading the end-to-end delivery of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of harmonized HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive process excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and championing automation with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to maintain operational integrity and mitigate risks.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models.
