About the Role
At Panzer Technologies Pvt Ltd, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expansion of our customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop joint sales strategies
- Provide sales forecasts and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure timely and effective conversion of leads into sales
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales and business development process
