Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements
  • Develop strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting, and platform management
  • Work closely with clients to understand and translate their business and technical requirements
  • Propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of chosen solutions
  • Fulfill technical design and ensure the highest standard of quality
  • Provide technical design guidance to business stakeholders
  • Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a program

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Application Developer, Administration and Implementation Specialist Certification
  • ITIL V4 Certification
  • Any standard programming language certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s)
  • Master's Degree a plus
