Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including Service Catalog, Service Portfolio, and Service Level Management.
  • Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements using scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide Script.
  • Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow SPM implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
