About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager - UK to join our team at Pacific Global Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the UK, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the UK, including creating proposals/contracts and ensuring compliance with pre-sales teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, including sales, solutions, and services teams, to deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in events and tradeshows, with a professional manner and polished appearance, to gain new business leads and contacts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and regions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 24 leaves annually + 10 festive holidays + birthday leave.
