Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. This role involves establishing and managing strategic alliances and partnerships with prominent financial institutions, luxury retailers, and similar organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, planning, negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Identify and onboard new partners, banks, credit card providers, and other relevant organizations to promote our memberships to their members.">
  • Support delivery timelines on critical organization-level projects involving partnerships.">
  • Share insights and analytics to support the creation and execution of relevant strategies.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our partners and manage ongoing relationships through regular interaction with their teams.">
  • Address and mitigate escalations.">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of ongoing business relationships.">
  • Understand the technical, business, and operational requirements of our partners and work closely with internal cross-functional teams to balance partner demands versus long-term direction.">
  • Prepare and present periodic internal business reviews regarding progress and roadblocks.">
