About the Role:
  • You will identify, approach and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems to create long-term value.
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment with our goals.
  • Support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners to achieve maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to deliver partner-driven solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships, with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations, with a proven track record of success.
