**Key Responsibilities**

**Franchise Development**

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our franchise network through strategic partnerships and location identification.

• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies to identify new franchise opportunities that align with our business goals.

• Collaborate with franchise partners to develop and implement effective expansion plans.

**Operational Management**

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our franchise outlets to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.

• Implement operational procedures and ensure consistency across all franchise locations.

• Provide support and guidance to franchisees in resolving operational issues and improving overall performance.

**Financial Management**

• Manage the financial performance of our franchise operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Monitor franchisee financial performance and ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and drive business growth.

**Training and Development**

• Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees on operational procedures, sales techniques, and customer service.

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for franchise staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**

• Ensure that all franchise operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

• Implement quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.

**Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.

• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Foster a positive and collaborative relationship between our company and its franchise network.

**Market Analysis**

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

• Develop strategies to enhance market penetration and brand presence, driving business growth and expansion.

**Qualifications**

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

**Experience**

We require a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in franchise acquisition, with a strong background in finance and operations. Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

**Skills**

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven track record of managing franchise operations and driving business growth.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Estimated Salary**

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
