Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY.
Lead Generation
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise leads through targeted marketing campaigns, industry events, and networking.
Key tasks will include:
- Conducting research to identify potential franchise leads
- Generating leads through targeted marketing campaigns, attending industry events, and networking
- Qualifying leads by assessing their financial resources, business experience
Process
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Preparing and distributing franchise information packages
- Scheduling and conducting initial meetings and follow-up calls with potential franchisees
- Managing the flow of communication and documentation throughout the sales process
- Preparing sales reports and tracking key performance indicators
Administrative Tasks & Record Maintenance
In addition, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the franchise sales calendar and scheduling appointments
- Preparing reports and presentations for the Franchise Sales Manager
- Maintaining and updating the franchise sales database
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintaining accurate records of all franchisee interactions and documents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Experience with lead generation and qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
