Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Insurance

This role is designed for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and mentoring sales teams to achieve their best performance.

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional sales leader who can leverage their expertise to drive business outcomes, develop talent, and create a high-performing sales culture. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading sales strategy and planning to meet or exceed sales targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including channel partners, product teams, and sales teams
* Developing and implementing training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A deep understanding of the insurance industry and sales principles
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, with a proven track record of success

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and at least 15 years of sales leadership experience in the insurance industry. They will also possess excellent technical, behavioral, and soft skills, including product/subject matter expertise, team management, mentoring, business perspective & planning, performance management, finance / insurance industry awareness, interviewing, self-management, problem-solving, peer level coordination, interpersonal skills, communication skills, creative thinking skills, supervising/leadership skills, teamwork skills, influencing skills, relationship-building skills, and decision-making skills.
