Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Thought Leadership: Develop meaningful relationships with senior business leaders to influence organizational strategy execution.
  • Goal Setting & Tracking: Establish goals, track progress, and complete appraisals while preparing decks and monitoring actions from executives.
  • People Plan Development: Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that drive lasting change in the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to design propositions for talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data strategically to identify trends and inform decisions on succession planning and career growth.
  • Talent Management: Maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles through deep connections and understanding of people in the business.
  • AOP Planning: Develop AOP plans based on business requirements.

Education Qualification:

  • MBA in HR required.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention.
  • Ability to work under constraints.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; skilled in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
