Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent that aligns with our companys values and business goals. Your role will be pivotal in building a strong employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with HR and leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes and tools
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and networking events
- Stay up to date with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to measure effectiveness
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Proven experience (2-6 years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in Food & Beverage Industry
