Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals. This role oversees the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on Talent Acquisition (80%) & HR Operations (20%). The successful candidate will lead a team of recruiters, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies: Create and execute plans to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead Recruitment Team: Oversee and motivate a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from application to onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Analyze workforce plans and hiring needs to proactively drive recruitment efforts and identify high-potential employees.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring demands and collaborate with HR Business Partners to support engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Operations (20%):
  • New Joinee Induction: Responsible for new employee orientation and induction.
  • Employee Engagement: Partner with managers to design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including fun Friday, reward & recognition, festival celebration, event management, and office outing.
  • HR Metrics Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
