Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process. This role is a crucial part of our team, responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking events, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit and qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on MS Office knowledge.
