  • Develop and implement strategies to build internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Manage hiring processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth employee onboarding.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
  • Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition and management.
  • Guide managers on effective goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Support learning initiatives and manage career development journeys for top performers.
  • Ensure that all HR policies align with laws and industry best practices; oversee HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience in a senior role, preferably in a similar industry. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong expertise in talent attraction and development, performance management systems, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
