Role Description:
Symbion Lifesciences is seeking a full-time Manager - Talent Acquisition for its Ahmedabad office. The Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy to meet the organization's growth objectives. This role requires expertise in sourcing, employer branding, and workforce planning to ensure timely and quality hiring across all departments. The position is on-site in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Partner with leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver on staffing goals.
2. Recruitment Execution
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote Symbion Lifesciences as an employer of choice.
3. Employer Branding & Market Insights
- Strengthen the company's employer brand through targeted campaigns and presence at industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Build relationships with external partners, universities, and professional networks to widen the talent pool.
4. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Manage and mentor a small recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring and specialized roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and candidate engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
