Head of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes, and leading a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and company standards
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to promote employer brand initiatives
Requirements:
- Post Graduate
- Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
