We are seeking an accomplished End-to-End Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation. This key role will involve collaborating with business heads to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring a continuous flow of competent professionals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across multiple sourcing channels.
- Evaluate and adapt sourcing mix to meet zone headcount plans and business requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to the team and drive consistent delivery.
- Maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders by sharing timely recruitment updates and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically, and have a proven track record in talent acquisition and management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
