Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

Talent acquisition plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization's future success.
- Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with business leaders to understand their talent requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Leading volume hiring initiatives into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
- Developing comprehensive talent strategies, including determining the number, skills, and experience of new hires required to meet client demands and improve team productivity.
- Designing, planning, acquiring, budgeting, and forecasting talent.
- Providing recruitment guidance and counsel to hiring managers.
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from board approval to onboarding.
- Driving special projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring all aspects of recruitment and selection processes are adhered to, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocols, assessments, background checks, and offers.
Key Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
- Proven track record of managing people and driving talent acquisition strategies.
- Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
